Retail Elite Security Officer

Overview

Pay rate: £15.49 per hour. Various Shifts (to be discussed at interview).

Mitie is looking for Elite security officers who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst providing a highly visible presence that reduces the impact of anti-social behaviour upon colleagues and customers.

You must hold a current SIA licence.

It is vital that you have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history; failure to do so could mean your offer will be withdrawn or your employment stopped.

• To deliver industry leading customer service

• To manage anti-social behaviour and build relationships with those that cause this
• Engage with members of the public by providing a welcoming presence
• Support the public and visitors with their queries in a friendly and polite manner by demonstrating excellent customer service
• Support the Police and crime partnerships where required to aid with the reduction of crime in store
• To wear Body Worn CCTV to support in the reduction of crime and increase colleague and customer safety
