Role DescriptionThis is a full‑time, remote role for a Field‑Based Sales Consultant at Würth UK. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building lasting relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include meeting with clients, providing consultative solutions, addressing customer needs, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves strategic planning, understanding customer requirements, and delivering tailored recommendations to enhance client success.
Qualifications- Proven skills in Sales Consulting and Consulting to effectively identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Strong abilities in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to build and maintain lasting relationships.
- Excellent Communication skills, including active listening, negotiation, and persuasion.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and responsibilities independently.
- Prior experience in sales or customer‑facing roles is beneficial.
- Understanding of the trade or assembly industry is a plus but not essential.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel required.
