At our Vertu Hyundai Exeter dealership, we are currently recruiting for a General Sales Manager to join our team!

We are offering a £45,000 basic salary with an OTE of £65,000 plus company car and an excellent range of company benefits.

• Lead and manage a controlled sales process through a team including Business Managers, Sales Executives and support colleagues through regular coaching, robust management and constant customer interaction with first and second facing activity at its heart.
• Serve and support your team to sell new and used vehicles, with a range of add-on products including finance whilst ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction at all times.
• Manage all sales campaigns and promotions that maximise sales ensuring we uphold the highest ethical standards.

• Very talented, experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of sales and performance within the motor industry.
• Demonstrate ability to generate impressive results by increasing sales performance, profitability and operating efficiency.
• Strong leadership and people management skills; primary focus is to lead your team to deliver their business objectives.
• Ability to demonstrate that you share our company values and possess strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
