Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Exeter Citroen for a Sales Executive. Responsibilities include building strong relationships with customers, identifying their automotive needs, and providing tailored vehicle solutions. The Sales Executive will also manage the sales process from initial inquiry to final delivery, ensuring exceptional customer service throughout. Other duties include maintaining product knowledge, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the smooth operation of the dealership.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, relationship building, and consultative sales
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with the automotive industry and knowledge of vehicle specifications and features
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic computer skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid UK driving license
• Motivated, proactive, and passionate about delivering a superior customer experience
