We’re expanding our team at our Exeter Branch and are looking for a dependable Role to help us continue delivering excellent service to our trade and retail customers.

We have a vacancy for a full-time Showroom Consultant to join our team at our Exeter Branch. To maximise sales and margin for the Company. Build strong relationships through face-to-face contact or over the telephone. To ensure correct documentation is used and follow due process in a timely manner. To adhere to all Company policy and procedures.

• Deal with all customer queries as professionally and quickly as possibletaking responsibility for the start to end sales process.
• Preparing and managing effective meetings with customers in the showroom, or on site.
• Executing and coordinating the sale of the bathroom.
• To ensure all customers are politely and efficiently served to guarantee customer satisfaction.
• Provide customers with advice and guidance on the selection and use of products.
• Give a flexible service to customers whether on site or in the customers’ homes.
• Drive sales forward using appropriate selling techniques.
• Maximise sales using linked selling and other Estate appropriate skills.
• All enquiries and quotations must be priced quickly and efficiently using market and system information.

• Full driving licence.
• Experience with in bathroom sector.
• Have good verbal communication skills with customers and other colleagues.
• Ability to take and give instructions.
• Be organized in prioritising workload effectively.
• Ability to work on own initiative and work as part of a team.
• Maintain good knowledge of health and safety policy and procedures at all times.

Week 1:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00

Week 2:
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00 Saturday 08:00 - 12:00
