Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Up to £36,000 base + Bonus + Company Car

The RoleAs an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing business in your territory. This field‑based role requires full ownership of your client base, developing new opportunities, and ensuring the excellent service Bunzl is known for.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of existing customers and support colleagues with larger accounts
- Identify and convert new business opportunities to achieve growth targets
- Monitor sales performance and provide monthly reports on key performance indicators
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client information
- Visit customers regularly to provide quotes, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction
- Proven experience in field sales or account management
- Confident communicator with strong relationship‑building skills
- Target‑oriented with a proactive, self‑motivated approach
- Strong organisational and reporting skills
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
