A proactive Business Development Executive is needed to join a fast-paced business in Exeter in a varied business development role. This is a new role for the business so you will be pivotal in shaping a team. Duties will include:
Business Development Executive- THE ROLE:
- Seeking new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers through cold calls, follow up calls and emails.
- Qualifying leads and appointment making
- Presenting varying products and services to potential clients
- Identifying client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Building long-term trusting relationships with clients
- You will need to possess an excellent telephone manner with the ability to build rapport with potential customers and experience which includes being persuasive, enthusiastic and persistent.
- Proven work experience in lead generation / telesales or Account Management within a B2C role or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales quotas
- IT Literate with experience of Outlook, Word and Excel
