What will you be doing?- Handling trade parts enquiries and orders via phone and online platforms
- Accurately identifying parts to meet customer requirements
- Maximising upsell opportunities and achieving sales targets
- Staying up to date with new products, promotions, and technical updates
- Maintaining knowledge through training and bulletins
- Previous experience in a Parts role within the motor industry
- A proactive, ambitious attitude with a drive to exceed sales objectives
- Strong communication and organisational skills
