Base Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits
Bonus Scheme:
Company performance‑related pay plan with uncapped earning potential
. On‑target earnings (OTE) of approximately 12% of base salary, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, clients, architects, and stakeholders.
- Identify and qualify GSHP opportunities, presenting Kensa’s technical and commercial advantages confidently.
- Prepare accurate proposals and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
- Ensure smooth project handovers to technical and manufacturing teams.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to support installer onboarding and customer success.
- Represent Kensa at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK when required.
- Continuously develop your technical knowledge of GSHP systems and funding routes.
- Proven experience in sales or account management within a technical environment or a strong background in the heating, plumbing, or renewable energy sector with transferable skills and a desire to develop commercially.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
- IT proficiency (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
- A proactive, adaptable mindset and passion for sustainability.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, creativity, and a results‑driven approach.
