Account Manager – Renewable Heating Solutions

Contract:

Permanent, Full-Time

Base Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) + Benefits

Bonus Scheme:
Company performance‑related pay plan with uncapped earning potential
. On‑target earnings (OTE) of approximately 12% of base salary, with the opportunity to earn more based on performance.

Are you passionate about renewables and skilled at building strong commercial relationships? Do you have experience in the heating industry or transferable account management experience? If so, this is your chance to join an award‑winning team at the forefront of sustainable heating solutions.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with installers, clients, architects, and stakeholders.
• Identify and qualify GSHP opportunities, presenting Kensa’s technical and commercial advantages confidently.
• Prepare accurate proposals and convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Ensure smooth project handovers to technical and manufacturing teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and manage your pipeline effectively.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to support installer onboarding and customer success.
• Represent Kensa at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events across the UK when required.
• Continuously develop your technical knowledge of GSHP systems and funding routes.

• Proven experience in sales or account management within a technical environment or a strong background in the heating, plumbing, or renewable energy sector with transferable skills and a desire to develop commercially.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for varied audiences.
• IT proficiency (Excel, Word) and familiarity with CRM systems.
• A proactive, adaptable mindset and passion for sustainability.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, creativity, and a results‑driven approach.
