Sales & Marketing Coordinator

With a strong reputation and growing customer base, we’re looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to help drive business development and strengthen our brand presence.
The RoleAs our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, you’ll play a key part in growing the business. You’ll support both sales and marketing activity — from identifying new opportunities and building client relationships, to delivering engaging campaigns that promote our products across multiple channels.
- Promote and sell our product range based on customer needs
- Respond to calls and emails, providing quotes, specs, and excellent service
- Generate new leads and strengthen existing client relationships
- Maintain CRM systems and keep accurate records of interactions
- Assist with marketing campaigns and customer communications, especially via digital and social media
- Create fresh, engaging content for emails, social platforms, and publications
- Write clear, SEO-friendly content for websites, brochures, and other channels
- Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos, including product shoots
- Provide ad hoc support to the sales team with marketing tasks
- Prepare and distribute brochures, flyers, product samples, and marketing materials
We’re seeking a proactive, creative, and organised individual who’s passionate about sales, marketing, and building client relationships.
Requirements:- Previous experience in sales or marketing (B2B is an advantage)
- Confident using IT systems; design skills (Canva or similar) are a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Organised, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of the construction industry is helpful but not essential
- Full UK driving licence
