Brand Ambassador – In-Store Sampler (Food & Alcohol)

We're recruiting confident Brand Ambassadors to deliver engaging in-store sampling and branded experiences for leading food and alcohol brands.

• Package: £14.34/hour (includes holiday pay) + performance-based incentives

• Days:
  Shifts are ad‑hoc and occur only between Thursday and Sunday during peak retail hours.
• Shifts:
  
  10:30am - 3:30pm or 12:00pm - 5:00pm
• Location:
  
  Pinhoe Road, Exeter

• Engage Shoppers – Offer product samples and confidently promote food, drink, and alcohol products.
• Drive Sales – Use excellent product knowledge and communication to increase in‑store sales.
• Representation – Create fun, memorable customer interactions while representing premium brands.

• Consistent Pay – Secure rate of £14.34 p/h plus incentive rewards.
• Work Schedule – Zero Hours contract – Choose your shifts in advance to fit around your lifestyle.
• Full Support – Comprehensive training provided, including a Level 2 Food Hygiene certificate.

• Confident, outgoing communicators.
• Reliability, professionalism, and someone comfortable sampling alcohol when required.
• Experience in Promotions, Retail, Hospitality, Events, or Customer Service is helpful but not essential.
