We are currently recruiting for a Retail Security Officer to join our store team in Exeter. This is a full‑time, permanent position with flexibility to work shifts during the day, evenings, and weekends.

As a Retail Security Officer, you will work alongside the Store Management Team to meet loss prevention objectives and ensure the safety of colleagues and customers. Your responsibilities include:

• Observe and report any incidents in store.
• Monitor CCTV footage in line with company policy and procedures.
• Adhere to and enforce Health & Safety guidelines.
• Conduct internal investigations into stock loss, fraud, and theft.

Essential requirements:

• Ability to follow instructions while staying calm in pressured situations.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to deal with challenging customers with professional behaviour at all times.
• A balanced sense of judgement, strong work ethic, honesty, and integrity.
