A standout opportunity for an ambitious NQ. My client is a top 50 UK law firm with one of the most respected real estate practices in the country. Known for its exceptional culture, high quality work and forward thinking approach, the firm is a genuine trailblazer in the investment and development space. For an NQ looking to build a long term career in real estate, this is the kind of platform that rarely comes around.

You’ll join the firm's Investment & Development team, working on a broad mix of high value, high impact matters across the commercial and residential sectors. Your work will span:

• Investment acquisitions, disposals and asset management
• Private residential development
• Local authority and registered provider housing schemes
• Estate regeneration and joint venture projects
• Strategic land transactions
• Due diligence on medium and large development or investment sites
• Drafting and assisting with acquisition and sale documentation for mixed use and residential led schemes

You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues in Corporate, Banking & Finance, Litigation, Projects & Construction, Planning and Environmental, gaining exposure to genuinely multidisciplinary projects. You’ll also manage your own files (with support), build client relationships and contribute to business development.

• Qualified solicitor (NQ+) with a real estate training seat
