Are you seeking a new opportunity in Property Management? We’re partnered with a rapidly growing property management company in Exeter who’re looking for a Property Manager to jointly manage a portfolio of residential properties and student buildings across the local area. Our client is looking to hire due to the expansion of the portfolio, as they’re consistently growing through word of mouth and great relationships they have with directors across the area.

We’re looking for an ambitious individual who wants career progression in a collaborative, high performing environment. You will be supported with clear training and qualification support (ARLA).

• Managing a local portfolio of residential properties
• Conducting property inspections and inventories
• Assist with the busy summer turnover period
• Provide excellent customer service
• Liaising efficiently with the letting’s negotiator

• £32,000 salary
• 9-6 Monday-Friday
• Alternate Saturdays with a day off during the week in lieu
• On-site gym membership included
• ARLA Qualification sponsorship
• Great opportunities for progression

• Over 2 years’ experience in property management
• Full UK Driving License
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to think outside the box
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Customer service focused
• Excellent time management and people skills
