We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our Hensall Food’s team as a Food Line Operator at our Ready Meals Plant. The Food Line Operator is responsible for performing tasks related to the production, sanitation and packaging of Ready Meals.

• Assist with production related tasks to support operations
• Maintain and ensure necessary production-related paperwork is completed
• Perform sanitation procedures including cleaning equipment, utensils, and food contact surfaces
• Support sanitation and cleaning activities during shift changes
• Understand and follow all HFI Health and Safety and Environmental policies and procedures
• Other duties will be assigned as necessary by Ready Meals management

• Highly motivated and capable of working with minimal supervision
• Detail oriented and analytical thinker
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented and ability to collaborate with all departments
• Ability to follow sanitation procedures and maintain a clean work environment
• This job requires work on the production floor, as well as standing and walking
• Other requirements might include transporting pallets or racks from production to cook line
• Lifting boxes up to 50lbs
• Other jobs assigned by the Production Manager or Lead Hand

• High School Diploma
• Previous experience with processing and food manufacturing is an asset
