Employment Type: Part Time | Shift-Based
Shifts: Saturday & Sunday 06:00am–14:00pm / 14:00pm–22:00pm on rotation
Pay Rate: £16.53 per hour

We’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals to join our Ceramic Core team as Manufacturing Operators

- Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your safety always comes first.
- Carry out delicate, hands‑on tasks with precision and care for quality.
- Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, close‑knit environment
. - Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings (we’ll train you!).
- Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln.
- Handle small, intricate components using steady hands and fine motor skills.
- Prepare parts for 3D scanning and ensure proper packaging and labeling.
- Be adaptable — pitch in wherever needed to keep production running smoothly.
- Hands‑on, satisfying work that makes a real impact on high‑performance aerospace parts.
