A global manufacturer of engine components is seeking a Graduate / Junior Engineer to join their team in Exeter. This position offers a salary of £31,000 - £40,000 with additional earnings potential through shift allowances and premium overtime. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training in automation engineering, with clear paths for advancement into supervisory roles. The role includes troubleshooting manufacturing equipment and working rotating shifts of 6am to 2pm or 2pm to 10pm.
