We are hiring for one of our prime clients seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations within a premium health and wellness club environment. This role focuses on ensuring excellent service delivery, maintaining high operational standards, and creating an outstanding experience for members every day.
The successful candidate will oversee operational activities across the club, act as Duty Manager when required, and ensure health, safety, and compliance standards are consistently maintained while supporting team performance and member satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations to ensure a high-quality experience for members
- Act as Duty Manager and support the smooth running of club operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and operational standards
- Lead and support operational teams across multiple functions within the club
- Monitor service delivery and identify opportunities to improve member experience
- Manage operational resources effectively to support club performance
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and operational efficiency
- Maintain strong collaboration across departments to achieve organisational goals
- Experience managing operations in a large service-based environment such as hospitality, retail, leisure, or sports facilities
- Proven leadership experience managing diverse teams or multiple departments
- Strong customer service orientation and commitment to delivering exceptional member experiences
- Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and operational management
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
