Area Cleaning Supervisor

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Cleaning Supervisor. Based in Devon, the role includes overseeing and managing cleaning teams across various locations while ensuring high standards of cleaning are maintained. Responsibilities include scheduling, performing routine inspections, monitoring compliance with health and safety protocols, and addressing client needs. The hybrid nature of the role allows for some tasks to be completed remotely.

• Supervisory skills, including team management and delegation
• Proven experience in commercial cleaning practices
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Knowledge and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively
• Flexibility to travel between job sites in the Devon & Somerset area
• Previous experience in contract cleaning or facilities management
• A valid driving license is essential
