Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

We are looking for an experienced MRICS Cost Consultant to join a premier multidisciplinary consultancy in Exeter. This role offers a clear pathway into a Director or Partner position while working in a supportive and low‑turnover environment.

As an Associate Cost Consultant you will lead projects and a team, mentor junior staff, and help grow the business over the next 5‑10 years. You should thrive on:

• Leading a Team: Managing and mentoring the next generation of Cost Consultants.
• Driving Growth: Helping the business expand its reach and reputation.
• Managing Projects: Handling diverse projects in Healthcare, Education, Residential and Commercial sectors.
• Being a Star: Demonstrating senior professional gravitas, ideally at an Associate Director level.

• MRICS Chartered Status: Non‑negotiable.

  Experience:
  
  Significant experience with a UK cost consultancy.
• Construction Degree: A degree or equivalent qualification in a related construction subject.
• Desire to Live in Devon: Preference for candidates who wish to relocate to Devon.

• Salary: £60,000 - £70,000.
• Relocation: Relocation expenses covered.
• Holiday: 33 days of holiday (25 + bank holidays) plus birthday off.
