Finance Manager

As a Finance Manager, you'll be working within the Southern Water contract team, supporting them in delivering accurate financial reporting and partnering with operational teams to drive performance. Your day-to-day will include:

• Providing front-line financial support to local and regional management teams
• Preparing and submitting weekly cash forecasts
• Overseeing weekly and monthly reporting, including contract performance and WIP reports
• Ensuring robust control of balance sheet, CVRs, and working capital
• Partnering with Commercial and Operational teams on forecasts and performance analysis

• You are ACCA/CIMA qualified (or equivalent)
• You have experience managing large-scale projects under frameworks
• You have demonstrable experience in the utilities sector, including civil engineering and electrical works
• You have strong analytical, numerical, and planning skills
• You can build strong relationships and work collaboratively across teams
