Business Support Manager

Central and Southern is a growing, values-led children’s residential care organisation, and we’re looking for a Business Support Manager to join our Senior Leadership Team and help keep the business running smoothly, smartly and safely.

You’ll sit right at the heart of the organisation, owning the systems and structures that make everything work, from HR processes and compliance, to data governance, IT oversight, marketing and the everyday rhythm of the business.

Safeguarding isn’t a side note here, it’s central. This role ensures records, systems and data genuinely support safe practice and accountability. You’ll also be our Data Controller and GDPR Lead, keeping our data tidy, secure and compliant.

We’re looking for someone who’s organised, confident, and comfortable juggling a lot of moving parts. You’ll enjoy ownership, variety and problem-solving, and you won’t panic when someone says “Can you just…?” five times before lunch.
