A care home group in Topsham is seeking a Maintenance Manager to ensure high standards of maintenance throughout the home and grounds. The role requires previous maintenance experience and knowledge of Health and Safety regulations. You will be responsible for general maintenance tasks, PAT Testing, and providing out-of-hours cover. This hands-on position suits problem solvers with a clean driving license and reasonable access outside working hours.
