Overview
Our client is looking to strengthen their respected Dispute Resolution team with the addition of a Property Litigation Lawyer to join them in their Exeter office.
This is a dynamic, fast‑growing, multi‑office Devon practice that has expanded significantly in recent years and continues to build an impressive regional presence. The firm works closely with both private individuals and businesses, delivering tailored, practical advice across a wide range of legal sectors.
Having recruited for this firm before, I can genuinely vouch for their strong culture, supportive environment and excellent approach to work‑life balance.
They are now seeking an enthusiastic litigator with experience in property‑related disputes. Working alongside a senior specialist in the field, you’ll handle a varied caseload that may include:
- Commercial and residential property disputes
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Boundary and neighbour disagreements
- Rights of way and easement issues
- General contractual and commercial disputes
Depending on your experience, you’ll have the flexibility to be based in South Devon or one of the firm’s other offices, with the opportunity to move between locations as needed.
Qualifications and requirementsThe ideal candidate will be a qualified solicitor or legal executive (NQ+), with a genuine interest or background in property litigation. You’ll bring strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage your own caseload, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively within a supportive team.
Opportunity and cultureThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated lawyer whether newly qualified or more experienced to develop their career, gain exposure to high‑quality work, and thrive within a friendly, forward‑thinking practice that values professional growth and client care.
