Commercial Property Solicitor

Our client is a well-established law firm and on their behalf we are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Commercial Property Solicitor, NQ up to 2 years’ PQE to join their growing property team. This is an exciting opportunity for a newly qualified or early-career Solicitor to gain exposure to a wide range of high-quality commercial property work within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

The Role:

Working as part of the Commercial Property team, the successful candidate will handle a varied caseload and provide legal advice and support across a range of matters, including:

• Sales and acquisitions of commercial property
• Drafting and negotiating commercial leases for landlords and tenants
• Re-financing and secured lending transactions
• Development projects, including site acquisition and unit sales
• Advising on development and infrastructure agreements, such as pre-emption, option, and promotion agreements
• Supporting the Corporate team on property aspects of business transactions
• Drafting and advising on easements, licences, and other commercial property documentation

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have up to 2 years’ PQE and a sound understanding of commercial property transactions, with strong drafting and communication skills. A pro-active attitude and commitment to excellent client service are essential.
