We're now looking for an Associate or Senior Associate to join our Exeter office, focusing on non-contentious construction. The role involves drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties and ancillary documents, as well as advising clients on procurement strategies and risk allocation. You'll act for developers, funders, public sector bodies, contractors and consultants on high-value, complex projects across energy, infrastructure, healthcare, education and commercial sectors.

This is a chance to take on responsibility from day one, working closely with partners and clients, and to see transactions through from start to finish. You'll be part of a team that also handles contentious matters, so there's scope to broaden your experience if that interests you, but the focus here is firmly on transactional work.
