The Role

Due to continued growth, the firm is offering an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property Associate Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its well-regarded Residential Property team in Exeter. This role is perfect for both solicitors and licensed conveyancers, with flexibility to suit candidates at various stages of their careers.

You will work across the full spectrum of residential property law, including property and land sales and purchases, remortgages, equity releases, and auction matters. The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload, offering expert legal advice and exceptional client service. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and collaborative team, with the potential for career progression within a firm that values its people.

You

The ideal candidate will be a proactive and enthusiastic professional with excellent interpersonal skills. Whether you are a solicitor or licensed conveyancer, you will have a genuine passion for residential property law and a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. Strong organizational and administrative skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

You should also be confident on the phone and have excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
