An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contentious Probate Solicitor (2+ years PQE or CILEX), with no upper limit on PQE, to join a highly regarded team based in Exeter. This role offers the chance to work on complex, high-value disputes alongside leading professionals in the field.

The team has an outstanding reputation in contentious probate, representing trustees, executors, and beneficiaries in disputes that involve :

• Claims under the Inheritance Act
• Will validity challenges
• Executor and trustee disputes

• 2-5 years PQE or equivalent experience as a CILEX, with no upper limit on PQE
• Proven experience in contentious probate, wills, trusts, and estates, or a solid background managing a mixed caseload of litigated matters
• ACTAPS and / or STEP qualifications are desirable but not essential
