If you are an organised individual ready to take on the role of Junior PA, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Our Private Wealth team is seeking a Junior PA to join in our Exeter office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast‑paced environment, supporting fee earners and ensuring smooth operations.
RoleAs a Junior PA, you will play a crucial role in the team.
- Manage diaries and remind fee earners of meetings daily
- Arrange travel and book internal / external meetings
- Handle administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Support fee earners with marketing activities and client meetings
- Monitor emails and post, ensuring important correspondence is handled appropriately
- Assist with billing, credit control, and compliance with Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Provide help to other departments as needed
The ideal Junior PA will have the following skills and qualifications.
- Accurate typing speed of at least 60 wpm
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
