• Managejunior solicitors in the team
• Resolve property related disputes for high profile clients that includeshousehold names, startups,private clients, retailers, landowner/property developers and investors
• Work alongside experienced expertcolleagues

• Cases will include but not limited to disputes within:development land (including telecoms) property contracts, landlord and tenant matters such as dilapidations, break notices, forfeiture and breach of lease covenants

• A minimum of 5years’ experience as a solicitor or legal executive
• Property Litigation experience
• The ability to be creative and solve clients issues in a way they both like & understand
• Managerial experience not needed
