Commercial Property Senior Associate/Partner 5+ PQE - Exeter

An excellent opportunity for an experienced commercial property solicitor to join a highly regarded multi-office practice in their Exeter office. Our client has a strong presence across the West country and are looking for an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join them at an exciting period of growth.

You will be advising a varied client base on a wide range of commercial property transactions including leases, secured lending, land acquisition, corporate support, landlord and tenant and buying and selling of freehold commercial properties and businesses.

The successful commercial property solicitor will have at least 5 years PQE and dependent on experience this position can be open at both the Senior Associate and Partner level.

You should be technically proficient and an excellent communicator able to demonstrate strong developing relationships with both clients and colleagues.

A keen interest in business development and networking is essential for this role as you will be expected to play an integral role in marketing the firm.
