A leading Top 100 law firm in Exeter are on the lookout for an experienced Senior or Managing Associate (7+ years PQE) to join their tier 1 ranked Contentious Trusts & Estates team.

This is a rare opportunity to join a standout specialist team known for its expertise in navigating complex, high-value disputes within the Private Wealth space. From will challenges and Inheritance Act claims to trustee disputes and professional negligence arising from estate administration, you'll be working on a varied and intellectually stimulating caseload from day one.

Our clients range from high-net-worth individuals and business owners to charities, trustees, and landowners giving you exposure to a broad spectrum of work and a varied caseload.

You'll be joining a collaborative, well-respected team that punches above its weight and is known for delivering exceptional results.

• A qualified solicitor with 7+ years  PQE in contentious Private Wealth work
• Strong technical expertise in trust and estate disputes
• A confident communicator with a natural ability to build client relationships
