A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking a talented Employment Solicitor at Senior or Managing Associate level to join its nationally recognised Employment team based in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile matters with a strong emphasis on transactional and corporate support, including co‑counselling on exciting deals with leading city firms.
What You'll Be Doing- Tribunal claims and dispute resolution
- Transactional and corporate support
- Strategic advisory and employee relations guidance
- Client work across retail & consumer, private equity, developer, and energy & infrastructure sectors
- Leading business development initiatives and identifying cross‑selling opportunities
- Collaborating across offices to deliver commercially focused legal solutions
- Extensive experience in employment law from a leading commercial law firm
- A strong track record in advisory, corporate support, and litigation
- Sector insight into retail & consumer, developer, and energy & infrastructure
- A solutions‑led, agile approach to complex legal challenges
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
