A well-regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Associate or Senior Associate (3+ years PQE) to join its expanding Residential & Rural Property team, focusing on agricultural property matters. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The RoleYou’ll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of rural and residential property matters, including:
- Agricultural land and estate transactions
- High-value acquisitions and disposals
- Non-contentious rural property work
- Liaising with private clients, financial institutions, and professional advisers
- Supporting business development and client relationship initiatives
- Maintaining high professional standards and compliance
- 3+ years PQE in property law, ideally with rural or agricultural experience
- Strong technical and drafting skills across conveyancing and commercial property
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Confidence in managing matters independently and building client trust
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Motivation, organisation, and a proactive mindset
- Willingness to engage in networking and business development activities
