• Ownership-driven – you see quality as your responsibility, not someone else’s problem.
• Comfortable with speed – shipping fast matters, but shipping well matters more.

If you’re after slow release cycles and rigid processes, this isn’t for you.

• Owning product quality end-to-end across web and backend systems
• Own the full bug lifecycle in Jira.
• Designing and maintaining automated test suites (API + UI)
• Working closely with engineers to catch issues early
• Testing AI-driven features and complex workflows
• Improving QA processes as the product scales
• Acting as the final line of defence before features ship
