We’re not looking for box-tickers. We’re looking for quality guardians - people who can’t stand broken flows, unclear edge cases, or “we’ll fix it later”.
You’ll thrive here if you’re :- Relentlessly curious – you actively try to break things and love finding the one edge case everyone else missed.
- Product-minded – you think like a user, not just a tester.
- Ownership-driven – you see quality as your responsibility, not someone else’s problem.
- Comfortable with speed – shipping fast matters, but shipping well matters more.
If you’re after slow release cycles and rigid processes, this isn’t for you.
What You’ll Be Doing- Owning product quality end-to-end across web and backend systems
- Own the full bug lifecycle in Jira.
- Designing and maintaining automated test suites (API + UI)
- Working closely with engineers to catch issues early
- Testing AI-driven features and complex workflows
- Improving QA processes as the product scales
- Acting as the final line of defence before features ship
- Real ownership from day one
- Influence over how QA is done - no legacy baggage
- Share options alongside salary - build it, own it
- A small, senior team building something ambitious
👉 If broken UX keeps you up at night and you take pride in shipping rock-solid software - we want to hear from you.
