Base pay rangeQA Engineer Hybrid – Exeter
-Salary - £40,000
We’re looking for an experienced QA Engineer to set up and own a QA function from the ground up for a growing SaaS product. You’ll work closely with engineering and product teams to define testing strategy, build automation, and champion quality across the business.
What you’ll do- Design and run end-to-end testing (manual + automated)
- Build and maintain test automation for web apps and APIs
- Own bug tracking and quality metrics
- Embed quality into an Agile development process
- Strong commercial QA experience
- Hands‑on with tools like Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
- Confident testing APIs and modern web apps
- Proactive, detail‑driven, and comfortable working independently
- Full‑time, permanent
- 40k depending on experience
