In this role, you will be providing a high level of customer service and offering a varied range of IT Support to both technical and non-technical customers and staff.

This role would suit an IT Support Engineer with relevant prior experience and someone who is local, keen and be prepared to work in a varied IT Support role.

The Role:

Review and manage the Company's network security services in line with Group security objectives and policies
Monitor and administer the security of internal and external corporate network communications, including routers, switches, firewalls, DMZ, servers, WiFi, OT, telephony and LAN/WAN/VPN communication services
Constantly review the IP space across the organisation, ensuring TCP/IP stack, VLANs, IP Subnet, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and VoIP traffic is well designed, secure and optimised

The Person :

Industry experience in an IT Security Role
Knowledge of and experience in LAN/WAN/VLAN communications, VPN configuration and enterprise wireless networking
