We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented People Associate who is passionate about creating an exceptional employee experience. From recruitment to onboarding to culture‑building, you’ll be a friendly face at all points while we grow.

Key Responsibilities
  • People & Culture: Creating a warm and welcoming environment for candidates and new joiners, helping them feel part of the team from day one.
  • People & Culture: Overseeing onboarding logistics, including provisioning equipment, setting up system access, and coordinating benefits enrolment.
  • People & Culture: Supporting the off‑boarding journey, ensuring smooth transitions when team members move on.
  • People & Culture: Serving as the go‑to contact for everyday HR‑related questions, offering guidance and support across the business.
  • People & Culture: Helping organise team‑building activities, well‑being programmes, and social events to foster engagement and connection.
  • People & Culture: Playing an active role in shaping our culture, bringing enthusiasm and a people‑first approach to everything you do.
  • Talent: Collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and crafting compelling, inclusive job descriptions that attract the right talent.
  • Talent: Providing administrative support throughout the recruitment process including scheduling interviews and ensuring accurate documentation held at all points.
