About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant in our Industrial & Driving division, you’ll play a pivotal role in sourcing top talent for roles across warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, and transportation. You’ll build strong relationships with clients and candidates, manage the full recruitment cycle, and help businesses keep moving.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain client relationships across the industrial and driving sectors

* Source, screen, and place candidates into temporary and permanent roles

* Manage job adverts, interviews, compliance, and onboarding

* Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

* Stay up to date with market trends and legislation

What We’re Looking For

* Previous recruitment experience (industrial or driving sector preferred)

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* A proactive, self-motivated attitude

* Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines

* Full UK driving licence
