Bar and Restaurant Supervisor, Hotel du Vin

Rate of Pay: Up to £13.50 (INC TRONC) plus generous company benefits, training & development.

Contract: Permanent / Full Time / 40hrs per week

Location: Exeter

  • Experience in a busy restaurant and/or bar and looking for next career step.
  • You will be the face of the restaurant and bar, controlling the flow and communicating with kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for guests.
  • Open 7 days a week, 365 days a year – will need to cover a range of shifts and days with flexible scheduling.
  • Opportunity for nationally recognised apprenticeships alongside brand training.
