Overview

As a Field Care Supervisor you will support delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. Responsibilities include writing and updating care plans, coaching and mentoring care colleagues, attending care reviews, supporting the on-call service on a rota basis, providing hands-on care and support, and building positive relationships with clients, family members, colleagues and other professionals. You will utilise technology to deliver quality care, uphold Altogether Care's values, ensure safe working practices, and be part of a caring, professional team.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and mentor care colleagues
  • Attend care reviews
  • Support the on-call service on a rota basis
  • Provide hands-on care and support

Qualifications
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Access To Your Own Vehicle
  • 6 Months Care Experience
