The successful candidate will support the leadership of the administrative and clerical staff within the Nightingale Hospital Exeter team. Your duties will also include providing a comprehensive administrative support service to the Nightingale Leadership team. This involves scheduling and organisation of services, as well as rota management and coordination. You will therefore need to have excellent planning and organisation skills. You must have the ability to communicate with people calmly, sensitively and effectively both on the telephone and in person.
A flexible and calm approach to staff and patients will be a necessity alongside the ability to support staff with the on‑going development of the Nightingale site.

Working Pattern: 26.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible working considered. This role will be based within Osprey House and Nightingale Hospital so hybrid working would not be possible.
