Duties will be to provide a range of administration duties predominantly the use of Epic the Trusts clinical appointment system. The post, a majority of the time, will involve booking appointments for patients attending various clinics in Community Hospital and Domiciliary settings. Organising and allocating incoming documentation, electronic messages, using your own initiative in providing a comprehensive administration and clerical service.
Working Pattern: 08:30am-16:30pm Mondays and Fridays
