Are you an experienced nurse leader with a passion for Tissue Viability (TV) and service improvement? We are seeking a dynamic and visionary TV Lead Nurse to join our Clinical Specialist Services Care Group. This is a trust-wide, full-time post, offering the opportunity to shape and lead the TV Service across the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The role is available from the 1st April 2026.

- Provide expert leadership, workforce development, and advice for the TV Service across the Trust.
- Lead and challenge clinical practice, driving improvements in patient services and quality for tissue viability.
- Develop and implement best practice and research evidence to support nursing and enhance patient/carer experience.
- Act as the professional lead for the Trust TV service and line manage the TV Clinical Matron.
- Advise senior Trust leaders on compliance with statutory guidance and best practice for tissue viability.
- Contribute to the corporate nursing agenda and quality improvement work programme.
- Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and empowerment for all patients and their families.
- Represent the Trust at local, regional, and national forums as required.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours. Monday-Friday. Trust wide role across North and East Devon RDUH services, can be based at either site.
