This fixed term/ secondment opportunity until January 2027 which will enable you to utilise clinical knowledge and assessment skills to support patients with a wide range of conditions. The team is multi-professional with collaborative working between OT’s, Physios, Nursing, Pharmacy and support worker colleagues.
There is close working with the community rehab and community nursing teams and the team is well supported with clinical leadership with a structured supervision and in-service training programme. The service operates from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week and covers the areas of Broadclyst, Pinhoe, Topsham, Exminster, Alphington, St Thomas and Starcross.
Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. The service operates from 8am-8pm, 7 days a week, with shifts to cover this on a rota basis. Please contact us to discuss working patterns further.
