Role Overview
Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join elderly residential care service providing 24‑hour nursing and personal care for adults with dementia and other age‑related conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide safe, effective, and compassionate nursing care.
- Complete assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate outcomes.
- Administer medications in line with professional standards.
- Support residents with complex needs in a person‑centred, flexible manner.
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team to maintain a safe and supportive environment.
- Registered General Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
- Full right to work in the UK. Visa sponsorship is NOT offered.
- Experience in mental health.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to person‑centred, flexible, and inclusive care.
