About the Role

This consultant position will be a key part of an established and high performing team for adult ADHD and looking to the future transformation of mental health services. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive care plans that address the complex needs of adults with mental health issues and ADHD. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure that our services are holistic, patient‑centred, and evidence‑based.

Key Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for adults with ADHD, tailoring care to individual needs.
  • Collaboration: Work with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and others to deliver coordinated care.
  • Education & Training: Support staff with training on current developments in ADHD and mental health.
  • Service Transformation: Lead initiatives to enhance and modernise the ADHD service, including digital and community‑based innovations.
