Job Description & Responsibilities
We offer full-time and part-time roles with flexibility to suit you.
As a Community Carer in this role you will be supporting a client with mental health needs (including
OCD andautism) enabling then toaccess the community and enrichment activities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily living tasks to help maintain dignity and independence
- Providing personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting, with sensitivity and respect
- Preparing meals and supporting with medication, ensuring clients’ health and well-being
- Accompanying clients to appointments, shops, and social outings to keep them active and engaged
- Offering companionship and emotional support, making a positive difference every day
What We Offer
- Starting pay: £12.82 - £13.03 per hour
- Plus: Holiday pay, sick pay, pension contributions, and mileage at 30p per mile
- 28 days annual leave

Requirements
- You will have previous experience within care capacity, whether this be community, care home, hospital or similar or perhaps caring for a family member.
- You must be a driver with a valid driving licence, ideally with access to a car, though pool cars are available
- Have a calm, polite and caring nature.
- Genuine interest in supporting vulnerable adults and wanting to make a difference
- Be able to work shifts
