Calling all CISM trained Counsellors – join our Critical Incident Response team as an Affiliate at Health Hero

Our trauma and critical incident support services deliver timely and professional interventions that empower employees to move forward after experiencing trauma.

We are looking for independent practitioners who are interested in registering with Health Hero Affiliate Network to undertake Critical Incident debriefings.

• Valuable experience working with a diverse range of corporate customers.
• Regular debriefs post- delivery of onsite and remote support.
• Competitive fees include your travel expenses and subsistence.
• Full on-board training provided.

• Are you a BACP / UKCP / NCS registered Counsellor with CISM qualification?
• Demonstrable experience of facilitating critical incident debriefing sessions
• Significant experience working with trauma
• Experience of safeguarding and managing risk with client groups.
• Strong organisational skills.
• A clear and concise verbal and written communicator.
• IT Skills including proficiency using Microsoft Systems as well as electronic clinical record systems.
