This is a Mott Mac Donald Bentley role, employed by Mott Mac Donald. Mott Mac Donald Bentley is a joint venture business, established in 1999 between civil engineering contractor JN Bentley and global management consultancy, Mott Mac Donald.

Mott Mac Donald Bentley offers fully integrated design and build services to its clients, combining the contracting expertise of JN Bentley and the design specialisms of Mott Mac Donald.

This role is employed by Mott Mac Donald but will involve working across the joint venture business, both with Mott Mac Donald and JN Bentley colleagues.

In November 2023, MMB secured its first ever framework with South West Water, the company responsible for the water and wastewater services of 1.8 million customers in Cornwall, Devon, the Isles of Scilly and parts of Dorset and Somerset. As a Senior Electrical Engineer you will contribute to projects that significantly impact our environment and communities. Working primarily in the UK water market, MMB provides the feasibility, design, construction, and commissioning services needed to keep water flowing and wastewater treated. You’ll work on projects that make a real difference to our environment and our communities by enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of water and wastewater treatment systems.

• Preparing and reviewing electrical engineering designs for water treatment equipment on our client’s site. You will be working with Motor Control Centres, LV distribution systems, Cabling, Control Philosophies, Instrumentation, Industrial Networks, PLCs and SCADA.
